5. Freight and Shipping
Order shipping Both domestic and international orders contain shipping. Estimated shipping time and cost occur at the checkout point. EOI Plus will not accept any cases that have been delayed from the shipping carriers or customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept return for most of our products within 30 days of purchase date, only if unused and in original condition. Goods of customized or special order do not return except when defective.

EOI Plus shall be under no liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability shall be as is permitted by applicable law.
