Refund Policy
We at EOI Plus want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days post date, given the merchandise is in its original package and condition, with all tags and packaging materials. Customized or personalized items, unless they appear defective or otherwise damaged, may not be accepted.
2. The Refund Process
We will email you within 48 hours of receiving and examining your return stating that either your refund is accepted or declined. If accepted, it will be credited to your original form of payment within seven to ten working days.
3. Items That Does Not Enact A Refund
- Customized items
- Gift vouchers
- Selling products unless the item faults.
We will only replace it when faulty or damaged. You may contact us at orders@editoneinternational.com, in case you want a replacement of the same product.
4. Charges for Return Shipping
Customer will bear shipping costs when returning back to us, except in cases of delivery of defective or damaged products. Charges for return shipping are not refundable.
5. Refund not received on time
If after 10 business days you have not received your refund then contact your bank or credit card company. If not resolved then mail us at orders@editoneinternational.com and we will get back to you soon
